Create Space for Yourself with Rema Yoga Online Lessons

Book your initial 20 minute initial consulation, this will be a 1-to-1 meeting online with Rema where we will discuss your yoga experience to date, and provide a mini taster for you.  The information collected will be used to ensure a yoga practise is designed with you in mind and explain how it works and how to create a safe space to practise at home and agree the length and frequency of online classes you would like. 

Private Online Yoga classes are available for you, if you would prefer a tailored approach or you cannot join at our group class time and location please email directly to organise and book a session that will be as unique as you are.

Saturday morning classes are running from September held in the Ashridge Room Cantley Park Wokingham RG40 5QG.  Bring a mat and a bottle of water and join us for an hour dynmic and erngising yoga flow.  Booking online is available.
