Create Space for Yourself with Rema Yoga Online Lessons

Book your initial 20 minute initial consulation, this will be a 1-to-1 meeting online with Rema where we will discuss your yoga experience to date, what you would like to focus on to and provide a mini taster for you.  The information collected will be used to ensure a yoga practise is designed with you in mind and explain how it works and how to create a safe space to practise at home and agree the length and frequency of online classes you would like.  This £15 will be deducted from the price of your first session with us.  Please note full payment is required 2 hours before the consultation commences.

Customers who have already completed their initial consulation and first session who would like to book additional sessions, or ammend their existing bookings.  Please note that payment for session is required to confirm the booking and needs to be made at least 2 hours before the session commences.  Cancellations/rescheduling requires 24 hours notice.
